Students may require a certificate of enrollment to validate their student status at Dankook University for various purposes. We offer two distinct types of documents to fulfill this need:


Certificate of Enrollment / Verification of Enrollment
  • This is the official certificate issued by the university under the authority of the President.
  • This can serve various official purposes in Korea, such as applying for ARC extensions, opening bank accounts, and more.
  • To obtain this certificate, students need to visit the CS Center located in room 118 of the Beomjung Hall building. The cost for each copy of the Certificate of Enrollment(재학증명서) is 1,000 won. When making a request, please specify whether you prefer the certificate in English or Korean. Ensure to request a copy in English if needed.


Letter of Confirmation
  • This is an informal version of the enrollment certificate provided by our international office.
  • The document confirms that the student, upon request, is enrolled at Dankook University as an exchange student for a specified semester.
  • This CANNOT serve official purposes such as applying for ARC and opening bank accounts.
  • To acquire this letter, students need to send an email to exchange@dankook.ac.kr, including their student ID number, name, name of home university, and date of birth.


Apart from the aforementioned documents, we do not offer customization for other purposes. If students require a specific document, they should provide us with a template, fill it out, and send it to us via email for signature, similar to the process for Document Signing Requests (Learning Agreements, Certificates, etc.).
